What is PoolInfo 2.0?

A free tool for researching Cardano stake pools before you delegate ADA. Search any registered pool by ticker or pool ID to see its live stake, saturation, and pledge, then go further than a normal explorer: test whether its relays are actually reachable right now, and verify its metadata hash against the value registered on-chain.

Delegators are often stuck choosing a pool from a spreadsheet of numbers with no way to tell whether the operator is actually running healthy infrastructure. A pool can look fine on-chain - reasonable margin, sensible pledge - while its relays are down or its published metadata no longer matches what's registered. PoolInfo 2.0 exists to close that gap: it pulls live data from the Koios API for every registered Cardano pool, then runs its own checks (DNS resolution, ICMP ping, and TCP port connectivity against a pool's registered relays; a cryptographic hash comparison against the metadata file it actually publishes) instead of just repeating what the pool operator claims. It's built and maintained by Enigma SPO (ticker ONE), a working Cardano stake pool operator, for anyone who wants to check a pool before committing stake to it - no account, no wallet connection, no cost.
