About PoolInfo 2.0
A free, no-account tool for researching Cardano stake pools before you delegate ADA.
What it does
PoolInfo 2.0 pulls live data on every registered Cardano stake pool from the Koios API and puts it behind a single search box. For any pool you can see its ticker, name, margin, fixed cost, pledge, active and live stake, live delegator count, saturation, and lifetime block count - then go further than a normal explorer:
- Relay testing - runs a live DNS resolution, ICMP ping, and TCP port check against the pool's registered relays, so you can see whether they're actually reachable right now, not just what's registered on-chain.
- Metadata verification - downloads the pool's published metadata file and computes its cryptographic hash, then compares it against the hash registered on-chain, so you can see whether the metadata matches what the operator committed to.
- Epoch context - current epoch progress, current-epoch block production, and the Mark/Set/Go stake snapshot for the next three epochs' reward basis.
Everything is fetched fresh on request rather than served from a stale cache, since stake, saturation, and relay status change constantly.
Who it's for
- Delegators deciding where to stake ADA
- Stake pool operators (SPOs) monitoring their own pool's public-facing data
- Cardano researchers and enthusiasts studying the pool ecosystem
Who runs it
PoolInfo 2.0 is built and operated by Enigma SPO
(ticker ONE), a Cardano stake pool operator. Enigma also runs a few other
Cardano-community tools:
- SPO Yellow Pages
- Stake to Wallet address converter
- Retired pools lookup
Pool operators can also request a featured slot on the PoolInfo 2.0 homepage - see the promotion page for details.
Good to know
- Free to use, no account required, works in any modern desktop or mobile browser.
